ATEX Consulting is specialised in explosion protection for industrial processes. We implement a range of solutions to protect your plants and operations from flammable gas/vapour/dust explosions.
We are also specialize in the supply of explosion vent panels by integrating the urgency of replacing them when it as been requested. We can replace any type of explosion vents, of all sizes and brands (Fike, Rembe, Stif, Stuvex, Hoerbiger, IEP, Vigiliex, BS&B, etc.).
We process your orders within 24 hours and deliver within 48h to 72h depending on availability.
Different options are available: seals material, vacuum resistance, rupture signal, etc. according to the indications available on our website.
Our teams are at your disposal to assist you in the dimensioning of these explosion vent panels, flameless explosion discharge systems in relation with international sizing standards EN14491, EN14797, EN14994.
Thanks to an optimized efficiency, we can offer effective surfaces up to 100%. Our dimensional tables show the effective surface so that you can determine which surfaces to consider.
Our prices, very competitive, do not include the packaging and transport costs. Those will be indicated in our commercial proposal.
All of our vents incorporate a vacuum hold of -200mbar (with the exception of the Easy Vent AL-E which resist to -50mbar) and a KST up to 500bar.m/sec.
